§ 31-19. Cooperation with State Office of Emergency Management.

The Director will maintain contact with the State Emergency Management Area Office designated for the city and will cooperate with the State Office of Emergency Management in preparation of required reports, procedures and other necessary paperwork to ensure the city's receiving all possible funding, equipment and other benefits available to the city through state and national emergency management.
