§ 57B-2. Governing authority.

The governing authority for such agency shall be the Board of Health, which shall have all the rights, privileges and powers and be subject to all of the duties and responsibilities set out in Sections 19-13-D66 through 19-13-D79 of the Regulations of State Department of Health Services.
