 Chapter 86. Public Lighting

  § 86-3. Taxes.

  • The cost of public lighting shall be met by taxes levied upon the inhabitants and property within the limits of the Fourth Taxing District in the following manner:
    A. 
    The inhabitants and property within the limits of the First Taxing District shall be taxed for and such First Taxing District shall pay the cost of the public lighting within such First District; the inhabitants and property within the limits of the Second Taxing District shall be taxed for and such Second Taxing District shall pay the cost of the public lighting within such Second District; and the inhabitants within the limits, of the Third Taxing District shall be taxed for and such Third Taxing District shall pay the cost of the public lighting within such Third District.
